Overview

Free Consultation: During our 15-minute call, we’ll troubleshoot and diagnose any immediate issues, then discuss your overall goals. If we can resolve your problem during this time, there’s no charge.

If you would like further in-person or remote support, we’ll schedule a convenient time. A guaranteed minimum and maximum cost will also be shared up front, prior to any work beginning, so there are never any surprise bills.

🏠 For Individuals (Home & Personal)

Patient, judgment-free support for your home and personal devices.

Hourly Rates

  • Standard In-Person Rate: $60 / hour
  • Remote Support Discount: $40 / hour (maximum two hours)
  • After Hours / Emergency Rate: $100 / hour

Note: Individual services typically require 1-2 hours for most common problems, but we will happily beat any price you are quoted by a big-box store’s tech support counter.

Fixed-Price Packages

If you prefer a predictable, one-time cost, we offer comprehensive packages designed to solve your most common technology headaches:

  • The “Digital Spring Cleaning” — $149

    • Complete diagnosis and repair of slow laptops or desktops to get them running like new.
    • Removal of bloatware, hidden malware, and browser clutter.
    • Setup of an automated, “set-it-and-forget-it” backup solution to protect your family photos and critical personal documents from hard drive failure.

  • The “Scam-Proof Setup” — $119

    • Installation and configuration of a trusted Password Manager.
    • Setup of Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) on your most critical accounts (banking, email, social media).
    • A personalized privacy audit of your device settings.
    • A 30-minute, 1-on-1 coaching session to teach you how to confidently spot phishing emails and social engineering attempts.

  • Troubleshooting and support services are free for the first hour, then billed at 50% of the standard hourly rate.
  • Refurbished devices are available on a pay-what-you-can basis (if $0 is what you can pay, that is what you will pay). Long-term support services and IT administration are also available.
  • Any of the fixed-price packages above are also available, as-is or piecemeal, at a discounted rate.

For those visiting from the End of 10 or Linux Mint websites: We also offer Linux installation assistance, related troubleshooting, basic training, and guidance to individuals, for free.

While this is primarily for those local to Northern Colorado, US, we are happy to remotely assist others globally.
