Overview
Free Initial Consultation: During our 15-minute call, we'll troubleshoot and diagnose any immediate issues, then discuss your overall goals. If I can resolve your problem during this time, there's no charge.
Standard Hourly Rate - $100
After Hours / Emergency Rate - $150
Member Rate - $50 per month:
- For individuals, membership includes as-needed remote support, 1 normal service, AND, if wanted, a custom email address on your own personal domain.
- For small business and nonprofits, membership includes 1 after hours/emergency service + 1 normal service, one hour each, every month AND a custom email address on your own personal domain (additional accounts for staff/crew available, minimum 6 month commitment.)

For Individuals
- Remote Support: 50% Discount - $50 per hour
- In-person Support: Standard hourly rate
For Small Businesses
- Small business web essentials package - starts at $250 - includes a domain name, single email address, and a single-page website/landing page with a contact form.
- Troubleshooting and support services are billed at the standard hourly rate.
- Custom web development and cloud hosting setup services are billed at the standard hourly rate.
- After completion of any service, I will conduct a full training session, turning the "controls" over to you, remaining available for standard, ad-hoc support. Alternatively, fully managed solutions and ongoing support are available at a monthly rate.
For Nonprofits
- Troubleshooting and support services are free for the first hour, then billed at 50% of the standard hourly rate.
- Refurbished devices are available on a pay-what-you-can basis (if $0 is what you can pay, that is what you will pay.) Long term support services and IT administration also available.
- Only need a piece of tech from the small business web essentials package above? I also offer bespoke solutions for nonprofits at cost + the discounted hourly rate for setup and configuration!
Business and Nonprofit services beyond troubleshooting and support will always start with one hour dedicated to discovery and requirements gathering before the service or project begins.
